Shipping policy

All items are hand made by me, the designer and owner of Carla Averill Design.  Please allow time for design, cutting, painting, drying, packaging and overall workload at the time. Most items will ship within a 2-2.5 week turnaround time, but some do require additional time, especially if they are personalized items.  Please allow additional time around the holidays and contact me directly if you have a specific date you need an item/s before making your purchase.  Every effort is made to ensure a timely turnaround.  

 

All items will be shipped via USPS Standard (First Class Mail 1-5 days) or Expedited (Priority Mail 1-3 days). All items are insured but please keep in mind USPS is NOT guaranteed to deliver within any of their shipping windows EXCEPT Express/Overnight. If you require a rush order, or Express/Overnight shipping, please email me at info@carlaaverilldesign.com PRIOR to your purchase.
